2025 DIVERSITY MONITORING
Vision Consulting is an equal opportunity employer that encourages talent to join us from various backgrounds. We recognise the value that equality, diversity & inclusion brings to the success of the company through our ability to understand and meet the needs of our existing and future clients. While we have a good level of diversity in the age profile, ethnicity, and religious faith, we will look for opportunities to enhance the gender balance where this can be achieved by attracting the requisite calibre in all applicants.
We are licenced to carry out probate services by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). As part of our licence, we are required to undertake an anonymous diversity survey every two years and publish a summary of the results. All staff were invited to voluntarily participate in the 2025 diversity data collection and the data below is based solely on the information provided by those who participated.
